Operating originally as EGAMI A/V, we have over three decades of experience in conference planning, on-site management, recording, on-site media reproduction and media sales serving all parts of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Over that time, we have built strong relationships with hotels, convention centers and other event hosts that allow us to professionally plan and stage your event, saving you time, money and headaches while producing a memorable event your attendees will remember.

WHO WE ARE
Connie and Blake Stiles, partners in life and in business, are faithful Christians who have built their business around family values and honest business practices. Most of our staffing comes from associates all around the US who assist on a job-by-job basis. This allows our customers to save on excessive travel costs and housing costs. Along with our son, we are the core staff of Conferences Inc.
We are centrally based out of Fort Worth, Texas which allows us to reach any site in the continental US in two days by vehicle.

We have specialized in not-for-profit and corporate organizations such as schoolteachers, safety professionals, and professional music teachers (National Opera Association and the National Association of Teachers of Singing). We have also served many religious groups such as the Southern Baptist Convention and Georgia Baptist Convention along with other state conventions and national organizations. In 1986 I created Conferences Inc and for more than 30 years it was the joy of my life to serve, and even become friends with, the clients who used my services to plan and manage their events.
